Power Industry Tour. Saturday 4/3/17 – Now this is not a 4WD trip, but an opportunity to indulge another of Ron’s passions: the Latrobe Valley Brown Coal Industry which he previously worked in for 25 years. Learn the real reasons why Hazelwood is closing! Two-hour mini-coach tours including audio-visual presentations, at either 10:30am or 1:30pm, starting from the new MTE office in Morwell. Up to 20 passengers/trip. $25pp. If she’s well enough, a catch up with Andrea may be possible too.
Rintoul’s Rock Wall. Sunday 12/3/17 – Not for the faint-hearted… even the bulldozer turned back from this one! We will descend it carefully only if conditions are right. Starting from Rawson Base Camp. $140 (past customers $120).
Dowey’s Descent. Sunday 26/3/17 – A potentially long, rutted slide to the valley below, but all carefully guided! Explore some of the timber milling relics of the Yarra Forest. Starting from Neerim South. Pricing $140/vehicle (past customers $120).
Milton’s Staircase, Saturday 20/5/17. We recently travelled this amazing, abandoned road which has not changed in over 30 years! Although a long highway drive to get there, this incredible rock-crawling experience is like nothing else: benched high above a spectacular river, entry via ‘stonehenge’ and the destination being the ruins of a failed major engineering project. Terrain Response Training
(For Land Rover Terrain Response – equipped vehicles only in conjunction with Green Oval Experience)

A 2 day training session that will ensure you master hill climbs, mud and fording in your terrain response equipped Land Rover. Covers basic to advanced terrain response driving, recovery and emergency techniques.
The Terrain Response training courses are national courses specifically designed for late-model Land Rover products fitted with Terrain Response (TR). These courses are run regularly around Australia in affiliation with Green Oval Experience and the premier training organisations in each state.
